Horovitz Oboe Concerto

On 29th June I'll be joining Cornwall Concert Orchestra in their summer concert with Horovitz's Oboe Concerto. It's a new piece for me and I'm loving the jazz-inspired harmonies. Definitely a fun piece for an advanced student to get their fingers around too.
Barbican world premiere

Tuesday 10th January brings an exciting opportunity to premiere Joshua Borin's newly commissioned oboe concerto for the London Schools Symphony Orchestra at the Barbican. The orchestra are sounding marvellous and are tackling Rachmaninov's gorgeous 3rd symphony as well.

Next week sees the end of Welsh National Opera's most recent season of Britten's 'Death in Venice' and Mozart's 'Cosi fan tutti'. The casts have been incredible, especially Mark le Broq and Roderick Williams in the Britten. Always inspiring working with singers of that calibre!
